Last week, junior developer, Lukmon Mayegun, graduated from London South Bank University with a BSc Computing degree. A few days later he completed his three-month probation with Redactive and has now joined us as a permanent member of staff.
Hi Lukmon, congratulations on your graduation! How have you been finding Redactive? Are the digital team treating you well?
I’m enjoying the friendly working environment while learning and improving myself as an individual. The digital team have really helped me settle in.
Why did you decide to become a developer?
I wanted a career that involves constant learning and solving problems.
What is your favourite part of being a developer?
The satisfaction of knowing you can find a solution to a problem and understand the cause of a problem.
What advice would you give other graduates looking for their first role?
Be hungry. Stay hungry. Complacency is the enemy.
Good advice. Finally, what 5 things would you bring with you to a desert island?
- Water
- Laptop
- Knife
- Tent
- Lighter
Very sensible choices. Thanks Lukmon and welcome to the team!
