Redactive’s new collaboration with the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE) is garnering rave reviews from stakeholders and members.

The agency was awarded the contract to revamp the Association’s Building Engineer to a multi-platform members’ journal after a competitive pitch in 2019. And feedback on the new-look issues has exceeded expectations with readers commenting on the excellent presentation and up-to-date technical content.

“The new look Building Engineer arrived the other day, it looks great and has some great content too. The new logo / corporate image is really strong and gives a fantastic impression, so congrats to everybody involved in that.”

“…It’s simply enough for me to say Building Engineer journal is Ahead of the Curve – anew way of looking at the built environment. “

Underpinning the radical new design and content strategy are CABE’s ambitious plans to position Building Engineer at the forefront of industry thinking. Visual cues are taken from the Association’s new brand identity. While the content engages readers by delivering high-quality technological information in thought-provoking features that help raise standards in the profession.

Laura Richardson, PR & Communications Manager for CABE, comments: “The decision to refresh Building Engineer journal was taken in line with the development strategy of the Association. With its new look and modern feel it is reaching a wider audience and engaging with more people in the industry. We are looking forward to be able to offer our members further digital development later in the year.”

As well as the 52-page, perfect bound Building Engineer journal, Redactive is responsible for the Association’s new job board https://cabejobs.co.uk/. And a new CABE website and additional digital communications channels are underway.

Redactive Head of Business Development Daniel Butcher says: “Chartered Association of Building Engineers’ members perform a range of vital practices across building technology, design, maintenance, construction and repair. We are very much looking forward to publishing content across multiple channels to help CABE members better promote and share knowledge in all of these areas.

“The new Building Engineer journal, together with new digital channels that will be introduced in 2020, will support and reflect the exciting new work and modern branding of CABE as it continues to grow its influence and reach by championing ever-higher standards of qualification, conduct and practice for the professions it represents.”
